Connect the VelaCella handle and hose directly to the wall inlet or to your vacuum hose. (Vacuum not included.) Make sure all connections are securely attached before use.

Dry brush your body using our exfoliating brush to help remove dead skin cells and stimulate blood circulation. This step should always be performed on clean, dry skin.

Apply a thin layer of Sublima Oil to the area you wish to treat. VelaCella should never be used on dry skin. After application, wash your hands thoroughly to ensure a secure grip on the handle.

Place your fingers over the opening on the handle to control the airflow:

· Lifting your fingers decreases the suction.
· Covering the opening increases the suction.

Adjust the suction level according to your comfort.

For your first few uses, we recommend leaving the air opening uncovered while you become familiar with the suction power of your vacuum, which may vary from one model to another.

The suction cup should always remain in motion and should never be left stationary to help prevent bruising.

Use upward movements, slightly releasing the suction with each pass to help promote drainage and venous return.
